  • 3 Granny Smith Apples
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • 1 ½ sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  6. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
  7. Add nutmeg, sugar and salt to the melted butter, and stir until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  8. Pour the mixture in the baking pan over the wrapped apples. Pour ginger ale around the edges of the pan.
  9. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until golden on top. Serve warm with ice cream.
