This recipe couldn’t be simpler! Plus, it can easily be turned into a main dish by tossing it with pasta and adding extra goat cheese.
- Cooking spray
- 1 bunch (approximately 12 oz) broccoli florets
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 oz goat cheese
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Place broccoli in the pan, and toss with olive oil, garlic and salt. Spread broccoli into a single layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with goat cheese. Serve warm.
