Roasted Broccoli with Goat Cheese

This recipe couldn’t be simpler! Plus, it can easily be turned into a main dish by tossing it with pasta and adding extra goat cheese.


  • Cooking spray
  • 1 bunch (approximately 12 oz) broccoli florets
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 oz goat cheese


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place broccoli in the pan, and toss with olive oil, garlic and salt. Spread broccoli into a single layer.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with goat cheese. Serve warm.
